Auto Correct

The Power Spreadsheet Auto Inventory Correction has been programmed with even more abilities making it correct item numbers and all of the Style and sizing properties to match with the authority of the UPC files given to Magnum Software by the manufacturers. In addition to simply changing the items to be in accordance to the UPC file it now will also merge into existing items bringing with it the correct quantities of both the old and the new items. All historical information that was connected to the old item number is also merged into the new number.

Driverless Printing

Winsale has implemented a very powerful new feature for Winsale Cloud users called Driverless Printing. Cloud users prior to this release have always had to be very careful about the printers that they purchased because the printer driver had to be supported on Windows Server platforms as well as their local operating system. Winsale has done away with that necessity by creating a PDF (portable document format) file on the user's local machine and the automatically sending that pdf to their default printer. Please contact Magnum Software for specific instructions if you need to do this.

Drill Down Reporting

This release incorporates a substantial new feature called Drill Down Reporting. Drill Down Reporting allows you to click on certain key elements of a report that will automatically drill deeper into the subject matter. The information is displayed in logical formats based on the type of information being requested. For example, clicking on a style number in the Periodic Hot Seller causes a matrix table to be generated and since you are looking at sales data, the matrix also generates the like information for all of your other stores information of the same style. Another example is clicking on the Receipt number on an invoice register report causes the actual sale to be displayed showing all pertinent data regarding to that sale. These two scenarios are just the beginning of where these features are going to be used.
